Obtaining a Student Visa
- In accordance with the Russian legislation, Simple Incorporation LLC accepts foreign students for study on a student visa, regardless of the duration of the course.
- We will provide support in the procedure of obtaining a student visa, advise on arising issues and issue an invitation to foreign students planning to study at the Simple Smart International Education Center.
Visa invitation
- A student visa for foreign students invited under the educational program is issued for a period of up to 3 months. In accordance with Russian legislation, it is necessary to leave the territory of the Russian Federation and enter again with a new visa in order to obtain a repeated visa.
- The invitation is sent by e-mail.
APPLICATION
Issuance of any documents for issuing a visa is carried out only after receipt of an advance payment. The required amount of an advance payment is 50% of the cost of training. To apply for an invitation, you must provide the following documents:
- international passport (the first page with a photo and personal data);
- previous visas, if any;
- completed questionnaire.
Responsibilities
- “International Language School “Simple” co.,Ltd can provide consulting support and answer questions related to the procedure of obtaining a visa, valid at the time of ordering, but the" International Language School "Simple" cannot be held responsible for the information provided on the websites devoted to obtaining visas, as it is constantly updated. Students must maintain a valid visa status and their course will be terminated without a valid visa. It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that the most updated regulations/processes are being followed.
- “International Language School “Simple” co.,Ltd cannot be held responsible for any visa regulation changes which occur after the booking has been confirmed in compliance with the then existing regulations.
Visa refusal
- If a visa application was refused, you must provide a written confirmation at least 14 days prior to your arrival (for the refund and cancellation policy see "Terms and Conditions")
